We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes. In this role, you will work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers, and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent across different functions.



WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Owning the full 360° recruitment cycle, covering everything from kick-off through offer and onboarding.

  • Working closely with TA Business Partners on global hiring initiatives.

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct headhunting in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • Partnering with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview design, candidate evaluations, and offer negotiations.

  • Contributing to our unique company culture by bringing the right people together and championing Codeway's employer brand.

  • Collaborating with executives to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities.

  • Tracking and using recruiting metrics to continuously improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and process outcomes.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve the candidate experience based on feedback and process data.

  • Keeping up with industry trends and continuously refining our hiring roadmap.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING



  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably within technology, product-driven, startup, scale-up, or fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and business functions.

  • Strong sourcing skills across a range of platforms and techniques.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers across Barcelona and Istanbul offices.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize your own workload and manage multiple processes simultaneously.

  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills; communicates clearly, confidently, and with a strong people focus.

  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

  • Proficiency in ATS systems.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience or a strong eagerness to work with global candidates.
