Technical Project Manager

• Be responsible for the continuous operation of the base, develop operation strategies and plans, organize implementation, and ensure the achievement of operation results.
• Be responsible for the business insight, market planning, and execution of strategic goals of the accounts, deliver high-quality services, and expand and strengthen the black land.
• Take charge of the secure and compliant operations of the base, identify and control the security, compliance, privacy, revenue, and commercial invoice risks of the base operation, and take effective measures to reduce the risks of the base operation.
• Optimize the base platform architecture and cost, and achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
• Take charge of the brand marketing, customer value presentation, and cost optimization of the customer base, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build the base operation team organization and continuously build the operation capability.

Requirements

• Experience in the government industry, basic knowledge of cloud computing, and understanding of cloud computing products and solutions
• Be able to work with customers and communicate with mid- and senior-level customers.
• Have one or more skills in market planning, business operation, sales management, and sales development.
• Experience in cloud development, base operations, or related work is preferred.
