Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the technical service department.

  • Lead and develop a team of technical service engineers and technicians.

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues, repairs, and maintenance.

  • Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.

  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products and equipment.

  • Ensure proper inventory management of spare parts and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a technical service or support management role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

  • Fluency in English, and Turkish is preferr
