Our client is the global leader in the chemical industry. For their future development plans, we are looking for a: TECHNICAL SERVICE TEAM LEADER

Job Description

• Organizing and managing client's employees reporting to him at the customer location (OEM),
• Helping to solve customer technical problems.
• To ensure the best flow of technical information between the customer and client.
• Keeping stocks under control for smooth and effective operation at the customer facility in the per-vehicle payment system.
• Organizing the removal and disposal of all kinds of packaging waste generated after the activity outside the customer facility in accordance with legal requirements; To contact Client's Waste Management Officer when necessary.
• To carry out laboratory analyzes and line controls deemed necessary on the lines where client operates and to report the results to their superiors.
• Assisting the customer in cases where the line staff are insufficient on the lines where client works, to avoid problems. Fulfilling other duties assigned by the superior.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's in related fields
• 5+ years' experience in automotive industry
• Advanced communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Presentation and negotiation skills
• Support open communication and feedback culture
