An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and delivery driven individual to join the Customer Services, Airline Support Team based in Istanbul.

This team provides Operational Fleet and Service Delivery across a range of engine types, to provide support for a number of regional Rolls-Royce Civil Large Engine customers. The Service Representative role offers the opportunity to interface directly with our airline customers on a daily basis, working with them effectively within the customer’s operational environment. The role also demands a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and an ability to continuously develop effective working relationships to deliver on commitments.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the key integrator in the on-site coordination of contracted TotalCare services on time and to the customer’s expectation
• Provide on-wing technical support for the company’s products, including a level of on call/call out/out of hours support
• Manage customer satisfaction to key performance metrics
• Pro-actively manage operational reliability
• Meet data reporting requirements to the business using appropriate systems and channels

Who are we looking for:

To be successful in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate:

• Experience of working in a customer facing environment and ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent.
• Understanding of aero-engine operation and functionality plus experience of airline operations will also be an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Organisation skills with a proven ability to plan and prioritise to achieve on-time delivery.
• Cultural awareness

The role is based in Istanbul and works on a 40 hours per week basis, Monday to Friday. A level of on-call is also expected.
