Job Description - Traffic Manager

Job Summary 

The Traffic Manager at ID8 Media is a central figure within the creative department, responsible for orchestrating the movement of creative projects through the agency. This role involves managing the intricate workflow that transforms creative concepts into actionable projects, guiding them from inception to completion with efficiency and clarity. The Traffic Manager ensures the strategic allocation of creative resources, maintenance of project timelines, and coordination between the creative team and all other departments, all while upholding the agency’s standard for high -quality deliverables.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Act as a central point of contact between the creative
    department and other departments, ensuring smooth information flow and keeping
    everyone informed of project status.

  • Facilitate regular meetings to update stakeholders on
    project progress and address any issues.

  • Communicate and work closely with creative team members and
    account managers regarding project progress, timelines, and any changes or
    updates.

  • Deliver final creative outcomes and ensure all deliverables
    meet the client's expectations and standards throughout the project.

  • Assign tasks and projects to appropriate team members based
    on their skills, availability, and workload capacity.

  • Ensure that all projects have the necessary resources to
    meet deadlines and quality standards.

  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that
    deadlines are met and that there is a clear understanding of project timelines.

  • Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project
    scope or priorities.

  • Develop and enforce workflows and processes to streamline
    project progression from initiation to completion.

  • Ensure creative team members are on track in terms of
    project progress.

  • Implement tools and systems to track project progress and
    ensure timely completion.

  • Assess project priorities and allocate resources accordingly
    to meet critical deadlines.

  • Reprioritize tasks as needed based on changing project
    requirements or timelines.

  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or delays in
    project execution.

  • Propose solutions to keep projects on track and ensure
    timely delivery.

  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and that all
    necessary approvals and reviews are completed before delivery to clients or
    stakeholders.

  • Conduct quality checks at various stages of the creative
    project lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the
    successful execution of project deliverables.

  • Maintain strong relationships with external partners to
    enhance project workflows and outcomes.

  • Maintain detailed records of project timelines, budgets, and
    deliverables.

  • Prepare regular reports on project performance, highlighting
    successes and areas for improvement.

  • Implement and manage AI tools to optimize workflow
    efficiency and productivity.

  • Analyze data generated by AI systems to inform project
    decisions and improvements.

  • Stay updated on AI advancements and integrate new AI
    solutions that enhance the agency's capabilities.



Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related
    discipline, or an equivalent of 3 -4 years of additional experience.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • 5 -7 years of experience in project management, traffic
    management, or a similar role within a creative or marketing environment.

  • 2 -4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
    where they have managed projects and coordinated between teams.

  • Proven background in project management or traffic
    coordination within a creative or media environment.

  • Exceptional organizational and time -management skills, with
    a track record of managing multiple concurrent projects efficiently.

  • Robust problem -solving acumen, with a history of identifying
    challenges and implementing innovative solutions.

  • Exemplary communication abilities, comfortable interacting
    with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in
    Turkish is preferred.
