If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n\u2022 Preparing E2E Transport plans of 2G/3G/4G and Enterprise customer demands i.e: Red RL/Red Fiber) \n\u2022 Backhaul Link capacity planning and MW frequency planning for the optimum traffic management. \n\u2022 Keep the regional transport plans up-to-date. \n\u2022 Continuous Transport Network optimization for operational efficiency especially for below items. o OPEX saving \no Availability \u0026Redundancy \no Capacity Management \n\u2022 Follow up any regional rollout progress and to ensure effective coordination between Central Planning, NOC and B\u00c7O Teams. \n\u2022 Prepare periodically transport network report to figure out the faults and follow up Transport KPIs and keep them over defined SLA levels. (i.e:) \no Daily Packet Loss, Delay and jitter. \no Daily MW RX level monitoring. \no Daily Link utilization (MW and IP MPLS device uplinks capacity management) \no Daily Network availability\u0026 reliability. \no Make necessary Hardware upgrade on time. \n\u2022 Analysis of any incident related Acces Transport network and provide necesary solution methods and follow the completion of action plan with NOC and B\u00c7O teams. \n\u2022 Supporting Central Planning Project. (i.e Fiber Project or new technology trials) To analysis of Sales team \u201centerprise customer\u201d demands and manage RED VPN service activation\n\n## Who you are\n\n\u2022 Degree qualified in Electronics / Telecommunications / Electrical / Computer Engineering \n\u2022 Strong planning \u0026 organizing skills \n\u2022 Strong prioritisation skills \n\u2022 Fluent English \n\u2022 Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, MW, technologies. \n\u2022 Experience on Transport Planning tool and NMS. \no Atoll for MW \no Mapinfo, REDEYE for GIS \no NCE for Huawei, NFMP for Nokia Transport NMS systems. \n\u2022 Strong Knowledge in below areas; \no Routing Protocols (OSPF, IS-IS, RSVP-TE, LDP, L2VPN, L3VPN, BGP etc.) \no E2E IP Transport network Synchronization (i.e: Frequency \u0026Phase Sync, PTP) \u2022 Strong Knowledge on QoS requirements on Transport and Ran Network. \u2022 Experience in IP-MPLS transport networks, particularly regional planning or operation. \u2022 Having good knowledge of Huawei, Cisco or Nokia routers. \n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
