About the role

Treasury Supervisor role contributes to business continuity by accurate and timely cash management and report to GFS Lead in Turkey.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for operational relationships with banks and other institutions
• Prepare short and long-term cash flow projections, forecast/actual analysis and related reports
• Ensure payments are run on a timely basis and updated in the ledger promptly
• Manage monthly funding process for the Liaison Office
• Monthly accounting closing process to ensure accurate and timely reporting of cash and bank
• Ensure regular bank reconciliations are accurate and on time based on Haleon closing timelines
• Administration of all company Amex cards
• Assist in borrowing and investing activities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures in day-to-day conduct and supervision of cash management activities
• First point of contact on all payment related documentation for all internal and external Audit & Assurance processes
• Provide all supporting documentation for foreign currency payments to banks as required by Banking and Regulatory Agency (BRSA)
• Periodic or ad-hoc revision of all local Treasury SOPs as required by changes in the operating environment as well as changes in global SOPs and policies
• Assist in various projects as needed

Qualifications and skills

• University degree from reputable universities preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of Treasury experience required
• SAP experience with expertise in Cash and Bank transactions is preferred
• Excellent MS Office and English skills

• Strong organizational skills, proactive and ability to meet deadlines
• High degree of analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to see the interdependencies among a complex set of priorities and processes and take action to simplify as required
