We are looking for an experienced SEO/AEO Specialist to join our global marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about search visibility, content optimization, and the evolving world of AI-powered search experiences.

As an SEO/AEO Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing our visibility across traditional search engines and AI-generated search experiences. You will leverage audience insights, performance data, and search trends to develop and execute optimization strategies that improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion.

Working closely with content creators, marketing teams, technical stakeholders, and external partners, you will help ensure our content is easy to find, highly relevant, and optimized for both search engines and AI-driven answer platforms.

What You'll Do

Search Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and implement SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, competitor benchmarking, and search trend monitoring.
• Translate insights into content recommendations, optimization initiatives, and testing opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including page structure, headings, metadata, internal linking, and content.

Content & Performance Enhancement

• Audit website content to identify opportunities for improvement and increased search visibility.
• Resolve content issues such as broken links, duplicate pages, outdated information, and content gaps.
• Strengthen content quality through authoritative sourcing, expert insights, and user-focused formats.
• Analyze site search and performance data to uncover opportunities for improved discoverability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with technical teams to improve website health, accessibility, crawlability, and indexability.
• Review internally and externally produced content for brand consistency, technical accuracy, and publishing quality.
• Provide guidance and training to content owners on SEO, AEO, content structure, and best practices.
• Develop templates, frameworks, and checklists that enable scalable content optimization.

Insights & Reporting

• Monitor developments in search technologies, AI-generated answers, and algorithm updates.
• Maintain dashboards and performance reports to measure impact and inform priorities.
• Present recommendations and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• An additional European language is considered an advantage.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, content optimization, organic growth, or related digital marketing roles.
• Experience optimizing content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, technical SEO, internal linking, and content strategy.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience with SEO, analytics, content management, and website auditing tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML and website fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Electronics, Consumer Technology, or Gaming industries.
• Experience working in global, matrixed, or cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with emerging AI search platforms and answer engines
