We’re looking for Team Members with experience in sales and customer service who can bring a positive attitude and a passion for excellence. At Splash In, you’ll dive into the exciting world of car wash operations, working alongside a fantastic team to make a difference for our guests every da y while enjoying the outdoors!

How You’ll Make an Impact :

As a Team Member, you'll cross-train in multiple roles, including Greeter, Loader, Tire-shiner, and Cashier. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service : Be the welcoming face of Splash In, assist customers with their questions, and promote membership sales.

Upselling Memberships : Engage customers and upsell our car wash memberships to enhance their experience.

Operational Up-time : Perform maintenance tasks, repair equipment, and ensure smooth operations.

Reconciliation : Manage POS systems, handle cash, and oversee inventory.

Appearance and Cleanliness : Keep our lot, car wash, and equipment spotless.

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience in customer service and sales

Comfortable working outdoors, assisting customers, and upselling products and memberships

Ability to lift 30 lbs.
