Key Responsibilities:

• Host live Blackjack games and interact with online players via camera in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner.
• Accurately manage game flow in compliance with internal procedures and gaming standards.
• Maintain a positive, confident, and professional presence on camera, ensuring a high-quality player experience.
• Follow established guidelines while continuously improving presentation and hosting skills.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management in a diverse, international environment.

Requirements:

• Native-level Turkish fluency is essential.
• Good conversational level of English to communicate within the team.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night shifts based on availability).
• Excellent communication skills and a strong camera presence.
• Ability to maintain high energy, focus, and an engaging performance throughout each session.
• Self-discipline, adaptability, and a positive attitude are key.

• Relocation Support: Flight to Belgrade and accommodation with all bills included for the duration of the contract.
• Competitive Salary: 1,300 NET per month, plus up to 400 NET in performance bonuses.
