UX/UI Manager

Lead design team members in establishing and implementing UX/design best practices and processes,

Provide a design plan, define milestones, track deliverables, and manage resources,

Produce new improvement opportunities based on user feedback and insights from internal teams,

Work collaboratively with IT teams on design projects and manage the design process from ideation to implementation,

Experience working within product teams in an agile environment,

Familiarity A/B tests is a plus. Aranan Özellikler:
Min 8+ years of professional experience in designing user interfaces for digital products,

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Design, related field, or equivalent practical experience,

Expert knowledge in UX and design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD,

Leading and mentoring a team of UX and UI designers,

Supporting team members with design points of view and the latest trends,

Strong experience with mobile and responsive web design,

Knowing UX policies and UX research methods,

A passion to learn and keep up with design and technology trends,

Interest in sports and betting is a big plus.
