Join us as an Operation Manager for our fashion and retail warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey, where you will play a crucial role in our dynamic and innovative company. As Operations Manager you will be a key member of the site management team with responsibility for all operational activities within the warehouse, having key influence and responsibility on the site financials, and health and safety performance whilst ensuring strong customer satisfaction and communication.

In addition to the main duties and responsibilities listed below the Operations Manager will be expected to perform other duties appropriate with their skills and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Develop and nurture operational teams across various functions, including supervisors, system superusers, and leaders.
• Conduct timely evaluations of supervisors, ensuring they guide their teams to achieve operational KPIs.
• Facilitate training initiatives and support the growth of team members for career development.
• Collaborate with the Distribution Center Manager to manage peak season volumes.

Workflow Management:

• Lead training sessions for team members to understand intricate operational processes and systems.
• Guide supervisors in creating daily operational plans based on customer forecasts and performance levels.
• Monitor and analyze production and productivity metrics to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory management and resolve incident orders promptly.
• Maintain visibility of working hours and productivity metrics for each task.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with the DC Manager to achieve monthly GMP targets.

• Possess proficiency in data analytics to interpret and apply metrics effectively.
• Be skilled in compiling thorough reports to manage customer expectations.
• Engage directly with customers on the floor, providing timely updates and constructive feedback.
