As a Warehouse Team leader, you will be the steering wheel of the operations. You will be managing, leading, and coordinating activities of front-line warehouse staff (Temp and Core Staff) in processing shipments, inventory, orders, and all needs of the assigned account. You will be motivating, training, and directing team efforts while informing department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day tasks of your team, ensuring smooth operations within your assigned department.
• Develop and implement timelines to achieve daily, monthly, and KPI targets.
• Delegate tasks effectively and set examples for team members to follow.
• Provide precise feedback to workers to improve productivity and work quality.

Team Development:

• Evaluate each worker's skill set and provide necessary training and support to maximize their potential.
• Motivate and engage team members to achieve organizational goals.
• Implement company culture and rules, ensuring all team members adhere to them.

Collaboration and Improvement:

• Collaborate with other team leaders, supervisors, and the Operations Manager to achieve targets.
• Understand and implement client requirements and changes across your team.
• Continuously seek and propose improvements within your function to enhance the working environment and conditions.
• Manage and periodically update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training purposes.

• The ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and adapt to changes.
