Web Designer

Description

This position requires UI/UX designing skills, an understanding of web-based technologies and ability to follow user centered design principles to shape user experience of Bilintek’s software for its large financial services and wealth management clients.

The candidate will benefit from working with a seasoned team of established professionals in an environment founded by recognized industry veterans and innovators who have successful entrepreneurial track records.

Qualifications :

• Solid experience in Web Designer or similar.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or alternatives.
• Good understanding of user centered design principles.
• Proficient in HMTL5, CSS3.
• Interest in improving existing UI/UX, creating a consistent design and responsive user experiences across multiple devices.
• Experience in browser rendering and painting performance
• This role is open for candidates of all seniorities, junior to senior.
• Ideally, you should be able to work in Ankara. Candidates outside of Ankara who are interested in relocating will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphical user interface elements, including navigational menus, and data visualizations.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, UI performance).
• Convert design into HTML content.
• Develop / revamp front-end part of the enterprise level web applications.
