About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Business Development Specialist to support our growth in the Turkey market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and building long-term client relationships.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with early experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or other client-facing roles who are interested in B2B sales, Data-as-a-Service, digital platforms, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, outbound prospecting, emails, calls, and meetings
  2. Engage potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and use cases
  3. Introduce TradeInt’s global trade data platform to prospective customers
  4. Conduct product demos and explain platform features in a clear and professional manner
  5. Follow up with leads and convert interested prospects into qualified opportunities
  6. Support inbound enquiries generated from marketing campaigns and website traffic
  7. Create and execute strategies to attract and convert new customers
  8. Build, manage, and maintain strong long-term client relationships
  9. Support pricing discussions, proposal preparation, and after-sales follow-up
  10. Work towards monthly sales targets through outbound outreach, client meetings, and account follow-ups
  11. Share market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information with the management team

Requirements

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Prior sales experience is not required, but experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, or other client-facing roles will be an advantage
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with clients
  5. Interested in sales, business development, digital platforms, Data-as-a-Service, data-driven solutions, or international trade
  6. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  7. Proficient in English and Turkish is mandatory as the role requires communication with international teams, clients, and business partners
  8. Candidates who are eligible to work in Turkey are preferred as we have no work visa sponsorship
