Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Development Intern, who will be responsible for developing products or services that align with the desires and needs of customers.

• Performing constant market analysis of competing products to determine and establish customer needs and requirements.
• Developing, refining and optimizing AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are accurate, engaging and relevant for various applications.
• Collaborating with AI and product teams to develop and refine prompts for AI language models like ChatGPT, GPT-4, AutoGPT, and generative other AI models.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and insights. Help prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to the team.
• Developing product roadmap, communicating and building product vision. 
• Exceeding customer expectations for the benefit of the company brand.
• Supporting sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between user needs and product capabilities.
• Analyze model behavior and understand potential limitations to optimize performance and user experience.
• Examining user feedback and other relevant data to continuously refine AI-driven features of our apps.
• Using analytics to understand user behavior and feedback, iterating on the conversational model based on insights.
• Supporting the training and fine-tuning of AI models for specific use cases.

Qualifications

• University 3th - 4th year students who” are able to work part-time or recent graduates who are able to work full time.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• To be able to work in a dynamic environment; every day is a new adventure.
• Familiarity with software development principles is a plus.
• Comfortable in a data-driven environment, able to draw insights from user behavior.
• Prior experience with Product Development Methodologies.
• Prior experience with AI language models such as GPT-4, Gemini or working with other AI models.
• Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong creative and innovative approach.
• Fluent knowledge of English is a must.
• Strong communication skills, giving importance to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
