The Position

The Opportunity

• Work in accordance with cGxP guidelines, the directives and regulations of Turkish Ministry of Health and Roche Global Pharma Quality Systems, ensure that Quality processes are carried out according to these rules.
• Support batch release operations to give the imported products to market on time, support initiation of deviation and complaint records  via the global quality management system. Inform relevant stakeholders about the outcome and take necessary actions. Communicate customer complaints and temperature excursions to relevant departments, prepare monthly reconciliation documents with these departments and archive the documents. Support the local change records when there is a change in GxP related process or systems, follow-up necessary actions and support closure in a timely manner.
• Support initiation of CAPAs triggered from deviations, complaints, inspections, risk assessments and follow up the actions in collaboration with Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Support the qualification studies of the temperature controlled shipping systems and reporting of the results.
• Support archiving of all GxP documents electronically and where available as hard copy.
• Support preparation of  the Management Review Quality Meeting Reports.
• Support necessary quality activities for audit/inspection-readiness of the Affiliate.
• Support the Quality team to update the Quality SOP’s in line with global procedures and local activities. Support training to the related staff and preparation of training records.
• Support Medical Information queries in case of absence of MI Partner.

Who You Are

• You are studying in the 3rd or 4th year of universities
• You are able to continue internship at least 3 working days a week for a year
• You are both detail and result oriented and also prone to teamwork
• You are preferably fluent in English
