Job Description - Accounting Intern

Assist with daily accounting entries and documentation
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Help with invoice tracking, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
Assist in monthly and year-end closing procedures
Support e-invoice / e-archive processes
Prepare basic financial reports and Excel analyses
Provide general support to the accounting team when needed

Bachelor’s degree student or new graduate (preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields)
Ability to work Part-time and commit to a long-term internship period
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and organizational skills
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial information responsibly
Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Accounting within a retail environment
