Job Description - Consumer Insight Management Trainee

We are looking for a Consumer Insight Management Trainee who will actively contribute to shaping marketing and commercial strategies through data, research and deep consumer understanding in the Turkish market.

This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic insight generation, cross-functional collaboration and direct interaction with global and local research tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Consumer Insight Manager in transforming consumer and market data into actionable strategic recommendations
  • Work closely with external research partners such as Ipsos throughout research design, briefing, fieldwork and evaluation processes
  • Coordinate end-to-end research projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outputs
  • Actively utilize global research platforms such as PRIME for data tracking, analysis and insight generation
  • Provide analytical and data-driven support to Marketing, Sales and Business Development teams
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative research results, synthesize findings and prepare impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support budget tracking and PR–PO processes in collaboration with brand teams
  • Serve as a bridge between insight, brand and commercial teams to ensure alignment and clarity

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (graduated candidates only) in Sociology, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
  • Strong analytical mindset; confident working with numbers, research outputs and large data sets
  • Advanced command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross-functionally
  • High sense of ownership, confidentiality and professional ethics
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive

Preferred

  • Internship or early-career experience in consumer insight, market research, strategy or analytics functions
  • Exposure to research agencies or research-based projects
  • Familiarity with research tools, data platforms or syndicated studies
