Job Description - Customer Support - Paid internship

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Intern to join our team! As an intern in our Customer Support department, you will assist with processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth flow of orders from receipt to delivery. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, order management, and overall business operations within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing customer orders and ensuring they are entered accurately into the system

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing timely and helpful information regarding their orders

  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., inventory, logistics) to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely delivery

  • Assist with tracking and managing order statuses, addressing delays or discrepancies as needed

  • Help maintain customer records and order documentation in our internal systems

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communication, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Good command of English
