HR Intern (Long-Term)

• Contribute to maintaining and improving candidate databases by ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, supporting a smooth and efficient recruitment process.


• Support various stages of the recruitment journey, including job advertisement postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and follow-up activities.


• Take part in training and development initiatives by assisting in the preparation of learning materials, organizing sessions, and contributing to employee engagement activities.


• Assist with HR reporting, documentation, and administrative processes, helping to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency across daily HR activities.


• Collaborate on internal communication and employer branding projects by preparing visual content, announcements, and promotional materials using digital design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.


• Gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations while actively supporting ongoing projects and contributing ideas that enhance employee experience and communication.
