Human Resources Intern

Barilla Turkey is looking for a Human Resources Intern based in Istanbul to join HR Team. 

Job Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruitment administration.


• Support employer branding initiatives by collaborating with universities, student clubs, external partners, and agencies, while contributing to talent attraction activities and events.


• Assist in the coordination of Learning & Development activities, including training logistics, record management, and employee engagement initiatives.


• Prepare and coordinate internal communication materials to ensure effective communication across the organization.


• Provide operational and administrative support across HR processes, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Being 3rd or 4th year student in related departments of universities


• Availability for long term internship (1 year)


• Availability for min 3 days/week


• Excellent level of written and spoken English


• Good knowledge of MS Office


• Detail oriented; ability to work in multi-project environment and to meet deadlines


• Good analytical thinking skills, problem solver


• Teamwork oriented with good communication skills
