Why This Role Matters

As a Human Resources Long Term Intern, you’ll play a key role in our HR Department in Sakarya by contributing to daily operations and people-focused initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated student who is eager to gain hands-on experience, deepen understanding of HR processes, and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Support key Human Resources processes such as recruitment, performance management, training, and HR operations and administration.

• Follow up on daily HR activities with attention to detail and consistency.

• Contribute to ongoing HR projects

• Maintain employee files and records accurately and confidentially.

• Utilize HR systems, portals, and databases effectively to support smooth workflow and coordination.

What You'll Bring

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor's Degree student

• Availability to work 4 days per week for one year.

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs.

• Fluency in English

• Strong learning agility with a proactive and responsible mindset.

• Collaborative approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
