Integration Support Engineer Intern

About the role 

• Assist in handling support tickets related to EDI and integration issues.
• Support troubleshooting network configurations, endpoint access, and permission management.
• Help monitor and resolve middleware challenges related to message flow.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth data exchange.
• Learn and support integration technologies such as SoftwareAG webMethods, IBM IIB, Mulesoft, and Dell Boomi.
• Work with traditional integration methods like AS2, oFTP, FTPs, sFTP, and file-based data transfers (CSV, XML, Text).
• Gain exposure to support management tools like Topdesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

About you 

• 3rd or 4th-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Able to commit to at least 3 days of internship per week.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn EDI concepts, API/JSON, SOAP/XML, and EDIFACT.
• Interest in IT support and integration technologies.
