Main responsibilities:

• Support engineering projects and technical initiatives across various departments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and process optimization
• Learn about manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation, reporting, and data analysis
• Attend training sessions and professional development workshops

About you

• Experience: No prior professional experience required - we welcome fresh perspectives and enthusiasm to learn

• Education: Students from undergraduate programs of Electrical or Electronic Engineering (currently in their 3rd or 4th year)

• Languages: Turkish is a must and good command of English would be a plus

• Soft skills: Eagerness to learn, strong team collaboration abilities, effective communication skills, adaptability to new environments and challenges

• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic engineering principles and foundational understanding of engineering concepts
