The Position

• Supports the daily operations of the Medical Department.
• Conducts scientific literature reviews, research activities, and report preparation.
• Assists in the monitoring and coordination of clinical studies and related projects.
• Contributes to the development of medical materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Supports the coordination of events and activities involving healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Assists with data analysis, reporting, and the development of business insights and models.
• Participates in the organization of medical training programs, meetings, and scientific events.
• Maintains departmental documentation, archiving processes, and supports continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Preferably a 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Medicine or Pharmacy

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with internal/external stakeholders

• Highly collaborative nature with the ability to work within a team

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English
