Product Specialist Intern

Lucida AI is a fast-growing AI startup building voice-first, data-driven mobile products used by users across multiple countries. Backed by $6.7M in funding, we are focused on building, testing, and scaling real products — fast and efficiently.

We’re looking for a Product Specialist Intern who wants to learn product by working directly on real problems, taking ownership, and contributing to decisions that actually ship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Help analyze product, user, and monetization data to support product decisions
• Assist with prioritizing features, experiments, and day-to-day product tasks
• Take part in brainstorming product improvements and new features
• Support A/B tests, UX experiments, and simple data analysis
• Research competitors, market trends, and user behavior
• Collect and organize user feedback and turn it into clear insights
• Work closely with the founders on execution-focused product tasks
• Own small product-related tasks and follow them from idea to release

• Currently a student in Engineering, Business, Economics, Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in product, startups, AI, or technology
• Analytical mindset — comfortable working with numbers, metrics, or basic data analysis
• Ability to learn fast and work independently in a fast-changing environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of tasks
• Good written and verbal English
• Strong communication skills and structured thinking
• Curious, proactive, and willing to get hands-on
• Basic familiarity with mobile apps, digital products, or SaaS (no prior product role required)
