We are looking for a paid Technical Services Project Intern who will work onsite and support business development solutions to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness through customer-focused analysis and maintenance plans.

Read further if you want to learn what the main responsibilities of the role are:

• Analyze maintenance, reliability, inventory, and production data to identify trends and improvements.


• Support R&M and Spare Parts Inventory Management through KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis.


• Support deployment and improvement of the MP&S Management System.


• Assess PM Standards and support corrective action plans.


• Support PM to AM Journey initiatives and track progress and actions.


• Develop Power BI dashboards and digital tools for maintenance and inventory KPIs.


• Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in maintenance and operational reliability.


• Collaborate with Technical Services, Maintenance, Production, and other teams on data-driven decisions.

If you are curious, passionate, analytic, creative, and YOU:

• Are a 3rd or 4th year Engineering student (Industrial, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or similar).


• Are able to work for at least 3 days a week


• Have excellent English and Turkish communication skills.


• Have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.


• Are collaborative, customer-oriented, and a quick learner.


• Have a strategic, creative mindset to turn consumer insights into meaningful communication.
