KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports collecting and reporting cold chain quality data,
• Supports the tracking and reporting of consumer and customer complaints,
• Close relationship with sourcing unit quality, R&D and brand teams where needed,
• Collect, monitor, and manage required information, provide analysis,
• Reporting and presenting outputs with regular updates,
• Handling operational issues when they arise.

• SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 4th grade at bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree
• Available to contribute minimum 3 days a week
