Regulatory Affairs Intern

We are looking for a Regulatory Intern to join our team on a year fixed-term contract. This role is based in our Istanbul Kartal office and requires committing to work minimum 3 days a week. You will play a key part in supporting regulatory team, ensuring legal compliance and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain smooth regulatory processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Student being in last year of the university, new graduated or in a master preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or any related fields
• Fluent English with good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong in data gathering and interpretation
• Effective planning skills, attention to details and good follow up skills
• Strong communication skills and time & efficiency focused working style
• Good MS Office and problem-solving skills

What You Will Do:

• Support regulatory activities with the country regulatory affairs team
• Keep and maintain files and documents regarding product regulatory and compliance
• Assist with the preparation of submission, registration and notification dossiers to ensure legal compliance for especially cosmetics, medical devices and biocides, detergents and chemical substances under KKDIK regulation
• Researches information on regulatory requirements
• Proactively understands and implements all regulatory and statutory requirements
