START Internship Program (People & Organization)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Organization Intern to join our team at the Manisa Plant with an 11-month fixed-term contract.(Paid)

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize, archive and maintain personnel files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance


• Ensure high data quality standards by regularly reviewing, updating and validating HR databases


• Provide general administrative support to the People and Organization team as needed


• Support the team for payroll and recruitment activities


• Help coordinate employee onboarding and termination processes


• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures


• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops and employee engagement activities

About You:

• Enthusiastic 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s students or master’s students who are ready to join us for a part-time internship (minimum 3 days per week)


• Candidates with a strong interest for learning and contributing to HR processes, eager to combine academic knowledge with hands-on professional experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


• Excellent communicators with strong problem-solving abilities, a positive mindset, and a collaborative attitude


• Methodical thinkers who are committed, logical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes


• Proficiency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken) is essential
