Job Description - Temporary EG SV - Customer Service Coordinator

Description

Delivers the highest levels of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.

Responsibilities

•Owns and manages the customer experience of delegated customers booking/documentation/import process.

•Directly focuses on customer needs and proactively works for customer satisfaction.

•Handles all possible problems and guides for solution.

•Manage and monitor the end-to-end booking process.

•Provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions by having good business knowledge/process understanding.

•Maintaining a customer-centric approach reduces errors and prevents repetition of errors.

•Coordinate with stakeholders to manage booking documentation/import processes.

•Ensures that any and all documentation required for a shipment is received in a timely manner.

•Updates bookings when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes.

•Directly focuses on customer needs and proactively works for customer satisfaction.

•Maintain effective and proactive communication.

•Execute reports or other tasks assigned by Team Leader/Manager.

•Comply to specific company SOPs and monitor respective KPIs.

•Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments.

Qualifications

•Enthusiasm and team spirit.

•Customer orientation and service mentality.

•Communicative and ability to take initiative.

•Knowledge of MS Office.

•No military obligation for male candidates.

•Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

•Turkish language proficiency is preferred.
