VBU CX Intern

We are seeking a VBU Customer Experience Intern with the will and ambition to work in high performing VBU Türkiye Team responsible for providing excellent customer experience by putting digital at core, directly reporting to VBU CX Lead. Assist in tracking customer satisfaction metrics such as B-NPS, t-NPS, and Product NPS Support the preparation and publishing of CX performance scorecards Help collect and organize customer feedback and journey insights Contribute to journey-based survey creation and response analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Customer Insights, UX, Product, Big Data) on data collection and reporting Participate in local and global CX benchmarking research Provide support in internal meetings and coordination of action items Assist with documentation and follow-up of CX-related initiatives driven by customer feedback 3rd or 4th year university student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, MIS, or related fields Interest in customer experience, customer journeys, and data interpretation Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Good command of English Curious, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a dynamic team environment Not a perfect fit?
