About the program The Discover Graduate Program is designed to develop Vodafone's future leaders. From day one, you'll join a global graduate community, gain hands-on experience and rotate across two roles in your first year. You'll work on impactful projects, develop new skills and follow a personalized learning journey in an inclusive environment. The program offers a tailored learning journey including Leadership Team of Vodafone Turkey's inspiring sessions, new skill development opportunities, and exploring Vodafone while working on critical projects and enjoy in an inclusive environment.
