• A university student expected to graduate in the summer of 2026
• A master’s or doctoral student,
• A graduate with a bachelor's degree and no more than 2 years of experience,

• Collaborates with young, dynamic teams and experienced leaders from the industry on the same goals and celebrates success at two major events held annually.
• Gains experiences through social clubs focused on sports, gaming, culture, art, and nature.
• Supports continuous development through internal and external training, gaining free access to global learning platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, SymfonyCasts, Udacity, edX, and O’Reilly.
• Tracks feedback, performance, and development steps with clear, measurable, and structured processes.
• Takes data-driven decisions rather than intuition in decision-making processes; measures development and tracks outcomes.
• Starts Mondays with breakfast in the office under the hybrid work model; has the option to meet with a nutritionist monthly.
