A university student expected to graduate in the summer of 2026
A master’s or doctoral student,
A graduate with a bachelor's degree and no more than 2 years of experience,

You will be involved in the company’s projects from day one through our onboarding program and take on responsibilities.
You will join a structured, diverse development programin the first 6 months, gaining knowledge in areas like Business, Product, Technology, Finance, and AI, helping you adapt to work life faster while learning about WEG from a 360° interdisciplinary perspective.
You will accelerate your development with an experienced mentor assigned to you.
With WEG’s AI First approach, you will contribute to a real project alongside young talents and have the opportunity to share the results with the company’s founding partners.
Most importantly, you will be part of a technology ecosystem where you will continuously create, develop, and be given responsibility.
Every WEGER:
Collaborates with young, dynamic teams and experienced leaders from the industry on the same goals and celebrates success at two major events held annually.
Gains experiences through social clubs focused on sports, gaming, culture, art, and nature.
Supports continuous development through internal and external training, gaining free access to global learning platforms such as Coursera, Udemy, SymfonyCasts, Udacity, edX, and O’Reilly.
Tracks feedback, performance, and development steps with clear, measurable, and structured processes.
Takes data-driven decisions rather than intuition in decision-making processes; measures development and tracks outcomes.
Starts Mondays with breakfast in the office under the hybrid work model; has the option to meet with a nutritionist monthly.
Selects next year’s benefits in December through WEGFlex; receives benefits such as Complementary Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Cards, and Transportation Costs under the standard package.
