For our Siemens A.Ş. Company, We are looking for Part time Working Students (Order Management).
What part will you play?
Creation and follow-up of customer orders
Daily tracking of customer requests and maintenance of orders
Tracking via OMS, SAP, and internal tools
Prioritize orders when needed
Communication with customers, sales, and MM team
Daily customer returns
Damage files and reimbursement; communication with MM for initiation of insurance
Daily delivery orders to WH
Goods Issue in local warehouse
Daily operation tracking in WH for outbound delivery orders
Daily KPI monitoring for inbounds and outbounds, reporting
What you need to make real what matters.
3rd-year undergraduate student or master's student in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Able to work 2,5 days/week
