Recruitment Specialist (Part-time)

We are looking for a part-time recruitment specialist to support our teams in various needs and help Dream Games continue to be a great place to work. As a part-time recruitment specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our success and enable our growth.

• Supporting the team throughout the entire recruitment process
• Using various tools and research methods to place top talent and build a robust candidate flow
• Supporting onboarding and orientation programs to ensure newcomer adaptation and engagement
• Helping the team in the operation of all HR projects

• Pursuing your 4th year and graduating by June 2025 from university
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Passion for learning the recruitment process
• Eager to learn ATS and other recruitment tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Available for at least three days per week, including two consecutive days
• Excellent communication skills
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
