Job Description - Remote Kundensupport-Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) im Backoffice (deutschsprachig)

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/einem Freelancer*in im Bereich Kundenbetreuung für administrative und telefonische Aufgabenfelder.

Aufgaben

Bearbeitung von Kundenmails via Ticketsystem
Pflege und Nachverfolgung von Bestandskunden
Telefonischer Support
Bearbeitung von Kundenakten

Qualifikation

Deutsch als Muttersprache
PC Kenntnisse (Basis)
vollausgestattetes Home-Office Büro (Tisch, Stuhl, Internet, Laptop oder PC, Headset mit Noise-Cancelling)
Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft
leistungsstarke Internetverbindung
