Headquartered in the United States with offices worldwide, Penlink delivers mission-critical intelligence solutions to customers across the globe.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Site in Abu Dhabi.This is a trusted role requiring strong organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both professional and selected personal matters in a fast-paced, international environment.In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective time management, and seamless coordination across business and administrative activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, presentations, reports, and follow-up actions.Manage and prioritize emails, communications, and correspondence.Serve as a key point of contact between the local team, internal stakeholders, partners, customers, and service providers.Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.Manage expense reports and administrative documentation.Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.Coordinate with local service providers and support day-to-day office management needs.
