This is an
opportunity to join myZoi as a Business Development Executive (Temp Role),
based in the UAE.

Role Purpose

 

The Business Development Executive will support client acquisition,
onboarding, and relationship management activities, with a focus on lower‑income
employee payroll solutions. The role is execution‑focused and suitable for a
junior professional with hands‑on experience in financial services or exchange
houses. It is an external sales role focused on acquiring new companies through
client meetings, enhancing engagement, and winning mandates.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Acquire new corporate clients, particularly companies using WPS
    for payroll distribution and processing 

  • Assist in
    achieving assigned sales and onboarding targets

  • Source and
    follow up on leads to maintain an active sales pipeline

  • Support
    sales presentations, client meetings, and roadshows as required

  • Build and
    maintain relationships with clients to increase usage and retention

  • Collect
    and share client feedback to support product and service improvements

  • Act as a
    brand ambassador for myZoi in the assigned territory

Client Onboarding & Process Support

  • Support
    smooth and timely onboarding of clients

  • Ensure
    completeness and accuracy of onboarding and KYC documents

  • Coordinate
    with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) for onboarding and
    issue resolution

  • Ensure all
    customer documents are handled confidentially and as per company policy

  • Follow
    approved timelines for submission of forms and documents

  • Support
    due diligence requirements related to CDD and AML, as per
    compliance policies

Process & Reporting

  • Update
    sales pipeline, MI, and reports within required timelines

  • Maintain
    basic client and prospect databases

  • Ensure
    timely submission of sales and activity reports

  • Escalate
    client or process -related issues to the relevant teams when required

People & Self -Development

  • Demonstrate
    a willingness to learn sales processes, fintech products, and regulatory
    basics

  • Improve
    communication, relationship management, and time management skills

  • Stay
    updated on basic trends in fintech, payroll, and financial services

Risk & Compliance

  • Follow
    company policies related to AML, CDD, and customer onboarding

  • Exercise
    due care and diligence in daily sales and onboarding activities

  • Maintain zero
    tolerance
    for fraud or mis -selling

  • Escalate
    any identified risks or concerns promptly

Key Requirements

  • 2–3 years
    of experience
    in:
    • Exchange
      houses experience, payroll fintec, WPS services, payroll solutions, payroll
      processing and financial services (preferred)

  • Experience
    working with WPS / salary processing clients is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity
    with onboarding documentation and compliance basics

  • UAE
    Driving License (mandatory) & car

  • Prefer
    candidates based in or familiar with the Northern Emirates

  • Good
    communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self -motivated,
    organized, and execution -focused
