Key Responsibilities:

Developing and executing Cryptoeasy white label business strategies: Formulate business development plans based on market trends and company goals, and lead the team to achieve targets.
Acquiring and managing white label clients:** Identify potential clients, establish partnerships, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
Deep understanding of Cryptoeasy products:** Be well-versed in Cryptoeasy product features, advantages, and technical details to provide professional consultation and solutions to clients.
Coordinating internal resources:** Collaborate with product, technology, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet client needs.
Market analysis and competitor monitoring:** Track industry trends, analyze competitors, and provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the company.
Team building and management:** Build and lead a high-performing team, set team goals, and enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of experience in fintech, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industries, with at least 3 years in white label business development or related fields.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets, with familiarity with Cryptoeasy or other trading platform products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Strong business acumen and market insight, capable of identifying opportunities and formulating effective strategies.
Outstanding team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams to achieve goals.
Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to conduct business communication and negotiations.
