Requirements

• We are seeking a detail-driven and imaginative Data Visualization Specialist with advanced Tableau skills to turn complex datasets into clear, impactful visual stories.
  


• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and create dashboards and reports that enable smarter decision-making and data storytelling.
  


• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau
  


• Translate business questions and data requirements into compelling visual solutions
  


• Ensure all visualizations are accurate, consistent, and adhere to data visualization best practices
  


• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to refine data sources and improve data quality
  


• Advocate for and implement data visualization standards to ensure consistency and usability
  


• Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to drive adoption and maximize impact
  


• Proven experience in designing and developing Tableau dashboards
  


• Strong knowledge of data visualization principles, information design, and UX best practices
  


• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
  


• Comfortable working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  


• Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration
  


• Background in data storytelling, journalism, or design-focused communication
  


• Familiarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Qlik
