Entrepreneurship Workshop Facilitator (Al Ain)

Job Overview: We are looking for a passionate Arabic and English-speaking Workshop Facilitator to deliver workshops in a flagship entrepreneurship program in Al Ain. This role focuses on leading in-person workshops and mentoring early-stage entrepreneurs, helping them build the mindset, skills, and knowledge needed to develop and launch successful businesses.

Workshops will be conducted primarily in English, but as the participants are Arabic-speaking, all interactions, discussions, and mentoring will be conducted bilingually (Arabic and English) to ensure full understanding and engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Workshop Delivery & Facilitation

• Facilitate interactive and engaging workshops across key entrepreneurship topics, including ideation, MVP development, customer discovery, and pitching
• Provide mentorship and guidance to startup founders participating in the programs
• Maintain a supportive learning environment tailored to the needs of the participants
• Monitor participant performance, collect participant feedback, and provide regular reports
