Aston Education is working with a thriving and vibrant British international school in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time Head of Secondary PE to start in August 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Teacher of PE or a middle leader with GCSE experience to develop their leadership skills in supporting colleagues in strengthening their practice.

The job responsibilities include:
As a Head of Secondary PE, you'll work across KS3 and KS4 and develop and implement policies and practices which reflect the school's commitment to high achievement through effective teaching and learning.
You'll teach Girls' PE to KS3 and IGCSE and promote high academic expectations for all students.
You'll set a level of challenge for all abilities within lessons and inspire all students to reach their full potential. You'll use data effectively to identify students who are underachieving and create and implement effective plans of action to support those students.
