Junior Project Manager - Events Operations

Contract: 2 months (1 week onboarding, 3 weeks prep, 4 weeks execution).

Role Overview

We are on a hunt for a Temporary Junior Project Manager – Events Operations to bring our Fitness Hub to life during the Dubai Fitness Challenge (30x30).

This role is all about energy, organization, and execution. You’ll plan and coordinate daily fitness sessions (2–4/day), challenges, and discussion panels, while making sure the hub is always ready to welcome the community. You’ll work closely with trainers, presenters, and fitness communities to ensure classes are buzzing at full capacity.

You’ll also collaborate with our Social Media Team to drive content and promotion, amplifying the impact of this high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage program schedules, trainers, and session logistics.


• Ensure hub readiness: equipment, timings, and daily flow.


• Connect with fitness communities to drive attendance.


• Coordinate with Social Media for content and event promotion.


• Report into the Community & Events Manager, as part of the Events Team.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years’ experience in events/project coordination.


• Strong organizational and communication skills.


• Passion for fitness and community events.


• Available for flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
