The nybl Graduate program is designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to launch their career in marketing within a deep-tech environment. As part of nybl’s marketing team, you will contribute to real campaigns, content, events, and design projects that drive revenue while learning directly from experienced professionals. 

This entry-level role offers exposure to a broad range of marketing functions, giving you both practical skills and meaningful project experience in a fast-paced and innovative environment. 

Our team spans 11 countries and operates in hybrid and remote setups. This particular role is hybrid and based in Dubai, UAE.

Some of what you’ll do:
●  Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns tied to sales and revenue objectives.
●  Contribute to content creation across social media, blogs, newsletters, and case studies.

●  Assist in managing nybl’s digital presence, including social channels, website, and paid campaigns.
●  Help organize and promote webinars, events, and activations.
●  Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform campaigns.

What we’re looking for:
●  A recent graduate, or in the final stages of study, in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
●  Strong interest in technology, AI, and marketing.
●  Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
●  Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media.
●  Proactive, adaptable, eager to learn, and attention to detail
