Aston Education is working with a thriving and vibrant British international school in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. They are looking for a full-time Science Lead Practitioner to start in August 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent Teacher of Science or a middle leader to develop their leadership skills in supporting colleagues in strengthening their practice.

The job responsibilities include:
As a Science Lead Practitioner, you'll work across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and provide high quality coaching and subject-specific CPD to Science teachers to achieve sustained improvements in teaching and learning.
You'll implement and monitor strategies to raise the achievement of targeted Science students and act as a 'champion' for SEND students.
You'll teach Science and Biology, Chemistry or Physics across KS3, KS4 and KS5 and prepare the students for iGCSE and A level exams.
