Requirements

• Maintain and update scrum artifacts, including team capacity plans, sprint backlogs, scrum boards, velocity, and burn-down charts
  


• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives across multiple scrum teams
  


• Proactively identify and remove impediments, coordinating with other teams and escalating issues when necessary
  


• Manage risks and issues related to resources, costs, and systems; recommend and implement solutions
  


• Keep teams focused on objectives and ensure consistent delivery of sprint goals
  


• Coordinate with cross-functional groups (DevOps, Architects, other Scrum Masters) to improve transparency and collaboration
  


• Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and support alignment with the SAFe framework
  


• Ensure teams effectively use Agile tools and templates for tracking user stories and delivery progress
  


• Provide delivery status updates using agreed metrics such as burndown charts and velocity tracking
