Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Jones Financial, a leading financial services company based in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a remote work position.

Responsibilities: - Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner - Ensure all invoices are properly coded, approved, and processed for payment - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues - Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments - Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Generate financial reports related to accounts payable as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently in a remote work setting - Adaptable and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
